Seven days later the call came and we were told our mom had transitioned. When questioning the nurse what happened her response in the most uncaring tone was weren’t you expecting this. No we were not never once we were told her health was declining nor did this facility transfer her to the hospital. Our mom laid on that bed suffered and died alone without her family there with her. This facility took that away from us to tell our mom we love her and say our final goodbye. I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones care and treatment.
